The four star Grand Hotel is situated in the very city center of Lund 5 min walking distance from the train station. Grand Hotel is also the venue where all sessions & workshops will take place.

Breakfast will be served at the Grand Hotel as well as lunch during the workshop sessions days. Dinner arrangements has been made for 26th to the 31st and will be arranged both at the hotel and in other locations.

We have already received some support for the workshop, so that we will be able to cover local accommodation and meals.

Laptop computers that are made to work on both 110 and 220 volts can be used in Sweden with an adapter. 
For laptop computers working on 110 volts only, transformers are also necessary.

Travel

Lund is just starting its climate neutralizing process for the city, and the Planet in 2050-meeting is climate neutral. All travel for the delegates is climate-neutralized by tree planting.

Airport

Local Transportation

The most efficient way to travel from Copenhagen airport to Lund is to take the train from the airport via “Malmö C” to “Lund C” that departs every 20 minutes. You might have to change trains at Malmö C, but there are also direct connections available. Please ask when you purchase your ticket at the counter. Travel time Copenhagen airport – Lund C is about 1 hour.

The cost of a train ticket is approx. $ 20 one-way. Train tickets can be bought in the arrival hall of terminal 3 at the Copenhagen airport or you can ask your travel agent to include it in your airfare.

Upon arrival in Lund hosts will be welcoming you at the Lund Central train station to assist you in finding the hotel which is only 5 minutes walking distance.

Reimbursment
At present, we cannot yet make commitments regarding the reimbursement of travel to Lund, although we are pursuing additional funding to support those who cannot cover their own travel. Please let us know if your participation would be prohibited by the lack of travel support.
